The writ petition is filed challenging the impugned SMS communication received by the petitioner rejecting her application seeking subdivision and issuance of separate patta in respect of the property situate in Survey No.31/3N1, Sanarpatti Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District.

2.A reading of the impugned SMS would suggest the application of the petitioner was rejected mainly on the ground that a proceeding was pending on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer/Sub Collector/District Revenue Officer.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents with submit that as on today, no proceeding is pending on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer or District Revenue Officer in respect of the subject property.

4.In view of the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the impugned order needs to be set aside and accordingly, the same is satisfied. The matter is remitted back to the file of the third respondent with the direction to consider the application of the petitioner seeking subdivision and issuance of separate patta afresh and pass final orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other necessary parties. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
