PRAYER :- To call for the records pertaining to the impugned charge sheet in STC No.900 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate II, Madurai and to QUASH the same as illegal so far as the petitioner is concerned. 1/4
ORDER: The Court made the following order :- The present petition is filed to quash the impugned charge sheet in STC No.900 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate II, Madurai, in Crime No. 187 of 2018 under sections 447, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC. 2.It is a case in counter case. Pending this petition, the parties have compromised and have filed a joint compromise memo to this effect. 3.Therefore, the impugned charge sheet is quashed based on the joint compromise memo. The joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of this order. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is allowedbased on the joint compromise memo. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
4.It is seen that another petition in CRL OP(MD)No.16557 of 2024 is filed before this Court for the counter case. If the said petition is not allowed, based on the compromise, the parties are at liberty to mention before this Court, regarding the present case.
