This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6 (ii), imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, in Crl.M.P.No.1857 of 2024 dated 08.08.2024 as report before the respondent police station weekly once for until further orders instead of report before the respondent police station for daily at about 10.30 am and 5.00 pm for the period of 15 days.

2. Considering the difficulty expressed on by the learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed and the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am, for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
