This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 28.11.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and disposed of in accordance with law, within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

3. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.11.2022 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing a reasonable opportunity of 2/4
