For Respondent : Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.669 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC, in Cr.No.669 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case against the petitioner is that the de-facto complainant has teared the photo of god kept by the villagers in a drunken mood, due to which, the petitioner attacked the de-facto complainant with aruval. Hence, the complaint. 3.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that due to previous enmity, a false case was foisted against the petitioner and prayed the petitioner to be released on anticipatory bail. 4.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the injured was already discharged from the hospital. It is further stated that the petitioner is having four previous cases and prayed the petition to be dismissed.

CRL OP(MD). No.16137 of 2022 cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
