PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to grant opening permission for the higher secondary classes, that is for 11th and 12th standards of our school from the academic year 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 respectively.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to grant opening permission for the higher secondary classes ie., for 11th and 12th standards of the petitioner's school from the academic year 2016-2017.
