This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1 of 2018 of Economic Crime Division, Trichy District to the Crime Branch Criminal Investigation Department (CBCID), Trichy District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would contend that the investigation in the instant case is completed and a final report is also filed before the TNPID Court, Madurai, in E-filing No.LTN20240000045C202400001/2023.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
