This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 25.08.2022. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that on 26.08.2022, the complaint has been referred to the 1st respondent herein for appropriate directions and not even 50 days is over now. 3.Since the complaint has been referred to the 1st respondent herein for appropriate directions, the petitioner can wait till the sufficient time of three months and after that, if any grievance is expressed, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
