The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to give permission to conduct temple festival from 09.09.2022 to 11.09.2022 in Arulmigu Nanguoor Mariamman temple situated at Kottanatham Village, Kuziliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2022 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the Respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3.Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents. 2/5

4.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that as the aforesaid festival is celebrated in a peaceful manner by the villagers, there will be no untoward incident on account of this celebration. 5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, would submit that there had been amicable settlement in the peace committee meeting.

6.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the Respondents concerned to accord permission and Police Protection to conduct the temple in Arulmigu Nanguoor Mariamman temple situated at Kottanatham Village, Kuziliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District for the above said dates.
