PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned Tender Cum Auction cum Sale of secured asset Notice dated 08.08.2022 issued by the 3rd respondent under RuleS 8(6) and 9(1) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai.
