ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit. It is a suit for the recovery of money. The Court below dismissed the suit. Aggrieved by the same, this appeal has been filed.

2.The petitioner wants this Court to restrain the defendants from dealing with the petition mentioned property. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents informs the Court that the respondents undertake not to alienate the petition mentioned property during the pendency of the appeal. 4.Recording the said undertaking, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
