This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, (PCR Court), Pudukkottai, to consider the Petitioner's bail application on the same day of surrender in Crime No.119 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent police. 2.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that due to the election motive, false case had been foisted against the Petitioner by the defacto complainant.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents 1 and 2 submits that no one sustained injuries in the said occurrence. 4.On consideration of the rival submission, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, (PCR Court), Pudukkottai, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or within a period of 15 days from the date of uploading the order copy in the official 2/4

web-site of this Court. The learned Sessions Judge shall consider the Petitioner's bail application on surrender by the Petitioner and dispose of the same as per law.
