O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to file final report in Crime No.12 of 2023 dated 17.01.2023 on the file of the respondent, which was registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the police have completed the investigation and the charge sheet is also filed in CC.No.301 of 2023 before the concerned Court. 3.Since the very purpose of filing of this petition has already been defeated on account of filing of the charge sheet, this Petition becomes infructuous, thereby dismissed as infructuous.
