[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent. Notice to the respondents 2 and 3 is deemed unnecessary. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The Mandamus sought for cannot be issued. It is for the Bar Association to decide whether election is to be conducted or not. Neither this Court nor the Bar Council have any supervisory jurisdiction over the affairs of a private Association of lawyers.
