Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to take part in interview scheduled on 27.04.2018 conducted by the fourth respondent considering the petitioner's memorial / application dated 17.06.2017 of the petitioner submitted through the third respondent and pending before the first respondent.

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, seeking a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to take part in the interview scheduled to be held on 27.04.2018 conducted by the fourth respondent.

2.The date of interview is already over as early as on 27.04.2018. Hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
