COMMON ORDER When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has handed over the bundle. However, the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that the writ petitioner had already filed another Writ Petition in W.P.(MD).No.4180 of 2015 and this Court vide order dated 02.12.2021 has recorded that the petitioner died and his demise was about 7 months ago. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. However, the issue raised in this Writ Petition is left open. The Temple is at liberty to challenge the issue raised before this Court.
