2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to Covid - 19 pandemic and financial crisis, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 14.09.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13314 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
