PRAYER: Writ Petition are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to complete the enquiry in proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 1/4

2163/2017. Tho.Ve.Sa.dated 01.06.2017 within a time frame fixed by this Court and consequently to direct the second respondent not to include the name of the fourth respondent in the list of voters. ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the third respondent to complete the enquiry in proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 2163/2017/ Tho.Ve.Sa. dated 01.06.2017 within a time frame fixed by this Court and consequently, to direct the second respondent not to include the name of the fourth respondent in the list of voters. 2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents would submit that the writ petition has become infructuous in view of the order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings dated 22.02.2024 bearing reference No. e.f.4304/2022 rg. 3.It is further submitted that the entire Board has been dissolved and by virtue of the aforesaid declaration order dated 2/4

22.02.2024, the fourth respondent has also been removed from the office of the third respondent Society.

4.Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
