ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to return the petitioner's son's original certificate namely Transfer certificate, Mark Statement and other Documents hold from the second respondent institution by considering the petitioner's son's representation dated 17.06.2025.

2. The averments in the affidavit indicate that the petitioner's son was unable to pursue the medical course at the second respondent College on account of the family distress, as the petitioner's wife died on 28.04.2025 and that the petitioner is facing difficulties in supporting his son's education and managing household needs. Therefore, the petitioner had requested for return of the original documents, as his son is unable to continue the education.

3. Considering the fact that the representation dated 17.06.2025 by the petitioner's son has not evoked any response, the second respondent is directed to consider the plight of the petitioner's family and pass appropriate orders for return of the certificates within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
