Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to pay arrears of salary for the period of 24.10.2020 to 31.10.2021 to the petitioner along with an interest of 12% per annum in the light of the 1/5

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to pay arrears of salary for the period of 24.10.2020 to 31.10.2021 to the petitioner along with an interest of 12% per annum in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)Nos.27772 of 2023 and 3732 of 2024 dated 10.09.2024 within the time period stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made a representation claiming arrears of salary from 24.10.2020 to 31.10.2021 along with interest. The said representation was not disposed. Thereby, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner earlier submitted the representation to the Judge Administrator 2/5

appointed by this Court to administer the affairs of the college. Now the Judge Administrator has been discharged from his charge by this Court and the Joint Director of the Collegiate Education has been appointed to administer the college. Therefore, the petitioner shall be permitted to make a fresh representation to the Joint Director within the time fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the Administrator, who is presently administering the fourth respondent college within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt, the present Administrator shall dispose of the same within a period of six weeks therefrom.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
