The order of transfer, dated 05.09.2014, issued by the first respondent transferring the writ petitioner is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. It is seen that pursuant to the order of interim stay granted by this Court in the present writ petition, the writ petitioner continued in the place, where he was serving at the time of filing the present writ petition. However, the writ petitioner filed the present writ petition at the age of 54 years and by this time, he would have retired from service. This being the factum, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition. If at all any grievance exists as of now, it is left open to the writ petitioner to approach the authorities competent for redressal of his grievance.
