ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the first respondent to permit the petitioner Firm to provide analogue signal to its customers, to whom set top box is not provided, until the petitioner's firm provide set top box to all its customers like similarly place Multi System operators from its control room at Puliyangudi, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tirunelveli District and its Sub control room at Vasudevanallur, Sivagiri Taluk, Tirunelveli District. 2/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the third respondent would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
