Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned disqualification slip issued by the first respondent dated 04.08.2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to retake the petitioner's physical endurance test namely rope climbing and permit him to participate in the further recruitment process for the common recruitment for the posts of Gr.II Police Constable, Gr.II Jail Warden and Fireman 2020. O R D E R

This Writ petition is filed as against the rejection order passed by the respondent stating that this petitioner has not clear the physical endurance test.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not been provided three chances as per the notification. 3.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents disputed the same and he also claimed that the entire selection process has been video graphed. Therefore, this Court directed the respondents to produce the video, which has been taken at the time of selection process and also permitted the petitioner's counsel to verify the same.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner after verification of the same would submit that the petitioner has been provided three chances, however, he has not qualified as per the notification. 5.Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
