ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3 made a submission that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, arrears of salary due to the writ petitioner has already been settled.

2.In view of the fact that arrears of salary has already been paid, the grievance of the writ petitioner had been redressed.
