(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to widely disseminate a new notification related to an entrance examination by advertising the scheme in all media platforms across all states in recognized languages. The petitioner further prays for directions to the concerned authorities to conduct the said examination only after providing sufficient time, particularly after the conclusion of board examinations, and to conduct special coaching classes for Scheduled Caste (SC) students in Tamil Nadu from targeted areas. Additionally, the petitioner seeks a direction to ensure the said scheme is advertised in the Tamil language to maximize its reach among Tamil Nadu students.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that his representations dated 15.07.2024 and 17.07.2024 addressed to the respondents have not been acted upon, and no substantial progress has been made till date.
3. This Court has carefully considered the submissions of the petitioner and the material placed on record. The petitioner appears to have approached this Court in a representative capacity, claiming to espouse the cause of students at large, particularly those belonging to the Scheduled Caste community in Tamil Nadu.
4. However, it is well settled that grievances which are personal or which affect individual students must be brought before the Court by such aggrieved persons themselves. In the present case, no student who is likely to be affected has come forward to challenge the notification or the conduct of the examination. The petitioner has not demonstrated that he has been personally affected or that there exists any legal right that has been infringed. 4/7
5. This Court is of the opinion that in the absence of any personal or direct grievance, and in the absence of any affected student challenging the scheme or the schedule of the examination, no relief can be granted in the present writ petition.
