To pass an Order or Direction or Writ more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, by directing the 1st and 2nd respondents invoke section 34 of Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act 1975 by calling for an explanation from the 4th Respondent's association namely Karur Jubilee Literary Association, Karur, Reg. No. 8/1890 with regard to their conduct of Annual General Body Meeting scheduled to be taken place on 11.09.2022 in utter disregard to the provisions of the said Act and consequently, proceed against them as per law.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANAND.R., Advocate for the petitioner in WMP(MD No.15549/2022 & MR.B.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner WMP(MD) No.17495/2022 and of Mr.S.R.A.RAMACHANDRAN, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents No.1 & 2 in WMP(MD No.15549/2022 and Respondents No.2&3 in WMP(MD) No.17495/2022 and M/S.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 3rd Respondent in WMP(MD No.15549/2022 and 4th Respondent in WMP(MD) No.17495/2022 and MR.B.SARAVANAN, Advocate for M/S.E.K.KUMARESAN Advocate for the Respondent No.4 in WMP(MD No.15549/2022, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

2.A perusal of the typed-set of papers would reveal that the Petitioner was removed from the membership of the fourth respondent society and the same was taken on file by the authorities concerned and the above said fact was suppressed by the Petitioner and the authorities concerned has also condoned the delay. 3.The third party, who wants to implead himself in the Writ Petition, would submit that he has challenged the said order. Hence the interim injunction already granted by this Court on 07.09.2022 stands vacated and as such, the above Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
