The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to complete the enquiry and the investigation based on the the petitioner's complaint dated 04.03.2024, in CSR.No.110 of 2024, dated 13.03.2024.

2. The prayer in this writ petition is to complete the enquiry in CSR.No.110 of 2024.

3.When the matter came up for hearing, the learner Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the enquiry was completed and the petition was closed.

4.If the petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome, liberty is given to him to take further action in the manner known to law. 2/4
