2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is not being maintained by her father / sixth respondent herein. Taking into account the over all facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw I.A.No.370 of 2022 in O.S.No.388 of 2019 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Madurai. It is open to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy under law.
