O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far, no complaint has been received against the petitioner by the first respondent from anyone much less the second respondent herein.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit hat he has received phone call from the first respondent without any proper complaint against the petitioner.

4. It would not be proper on the part of the first respondent to call the petitioner for enquiry in the absence of any complaint.
