Mr.P.MAHENDRAN, Advocate for the Respondent No.2, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5925 of 2022 dated 24.08.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have already paid a sum of Rs.43,00,000/-(Forty Three Lakhs Rupees only) to the defacto complainant and the remaining amount of Rs.22,00,000/-(Rupees Twenty Two Lakhs Rupees) has to be paid. Hence he seeks further time. 4.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is allowed and the time for paying the remaining amount by the petitioners to the defacto complainant is extended by 15 days, from today (i.e) on 17.08.2023. 5.Post the matter on 29.09.2023 for reporting compliance. sd/- 17/08/2023 / TRUE COPY / 18/08/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
