Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 to A3, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.29 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.According to the de-facto complainant, the accused have harassed her and demanding more dowry.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner is a divorce and the petitioners No.2 and 3 are the mother and brother of the first petitioner and the de-facto complainant is a widow. He further submitted that A1 and the de-facto complainant have not married, however, they were live together and due to some dispute, a false case has been given against them. He further submitted that as per direction of this Court both the first petitioner and the de-facto complainant appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre on three occasions, but the dispute was not settled. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai District and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 06.00 p.m., until further orders https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the petitioners No.2 and 3 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7.
