PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.251 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.07.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 120(b), 447, 436, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.251 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a money dispute between the petitioners and the defacto complainant's husband, for which, the petitioners fired the defacto complainant's godown and Rs.7,00,000/- worth about goods in that godown were damaged and also fired Rs.55,00,000/- worth about Hitachi vehicle and thereafter, the petitioners informed the same to the defacto complainant through phone call. Hence, the complaint.
3.On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that A-1 was already arrested and released on bail and the petitioners are in judicial custody from 25.07.2022 and prayed the petitioners to be released on bail.

No.16150 of 2022 4.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the articles worth about Rs.7 lakhs and one vehicle worth about Rs.55,00,000/- were also completely burnt by the petitioners and his associates. It is fairly admitted that A1 was already arrested and released on bail by this Court.
5.Considering the nature of the offences levelled against the petitioners and on considering the damages caused by the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
