ORDER

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed in W.P(MD)No.17160 of 2015, dated 27.06.2022.

2. While the writ petition was pending, the Tahsildar and the Head Surveyor have completed their survey and they have also filed a report. However, both the parties are having certain objections to the said report. It is made clear that the survey report will not affect the title or possession of either of the parties.

3. Since the order in W.P(MD)No.17160 of 2015, dated 27.06.2022 is stated to be complied with, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
