ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to remove the writ petitioner's name from the history sheet/ rowdy list registered against the writ petitioner by considering his representation dated 22.07.2024 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2024 will be considered in the next meeting.
