This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the fourth respondent based upon the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.05.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner and enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed; that thereafer, the petitioner has given a very same complaint reiterating the same allegations.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 21.08.2024 NCC :
