2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent have not raised any serious objection to the petitions being allowed.

3.Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered. Registry is directed to number the writ appeals, if the papers are otherwise in order.
