ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to further direct the third respondent to prepare the pension payment bill to be deposited in the petitioner's S.B.A/c.No.287801000001790 maintained with the fifth respondent, so as to enable him to withdraw his pension amount for September 2014 in view of the second respondent's Ref.No.PPO/PEN/PSB/PPO/PEN/PSB/15374/L2, dated 31.07.2014 and further direct the second respondent to obtain his New Health Insurance Scheme from the fourth respondent and subsequently transmit it to the third respondent for further necessary action based on the petitioner's representation, dated 01.09.2014. 2.Subsequently, the writ petitioner filed W.P.(MD)No.1428 of 2017 and this Court passed an order, dated 18.02.
2019, closed the writ petition with liberty to the legal representatives of the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 made a submission that the present writ petition is also filed seeking the benefit of New Health Insurance Scheme and under these circumstances, the legal heirs of the petitioner is at liberty to approach the authorities, if any grievances exist as of now.
4.With this liberty, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
