O R D E R
The present writ petition has been filed seeking for a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in a civil dispute, which is pending in O.S.No.710 of 2014, on the file of the District Munsif, Thirumangalam, pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2014.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had made a representation to the 1st respondent herein by making a complaint against the 2nd respondent stating that he is interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and therefore, sought to take action against him.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents would submit that there is no interference from the 2nd
respondent and that he will not interfere in the aforesaid civil dispute. 4.Recording the submissions made on behalf of the 2nd respondent, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
