This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to put up any bore well or pipelines inside the property belonging to the petitioner without their permission.
2. Heard Mr.S.Manohar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Murali, learned counsel for the respondent.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 25.07.2013 and it is made clear that no work shall be undertaken inside the property belonging to the petitioner without their permission.
4. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.15459 of 2014 The respondent, on receipt of the representation shall deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and take a decision within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
