This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction, directing the respondent to issue tender application to the petitioner for shop No. 6622 at Vettangulam Panchayat in Pudukkottai District and another shop No.6735 at Kayampatti Panchayat in Pudukkotai District by virtue of tender notification issued by the respondent on 30/09/2019 vide Na.Ka.No.A2/2191/2019 and Ve.Aa.No.51/Se.Ma.Tho.A / Pudukkottai / 2019 dt.26/07/2019 for the altered tender dated 30/09/2019, based on the petitioner's representation dated 10/09/2019..

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been provided with a copy of the tender application. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner also acceded the same.

4.In view of the above, this Court is of the view that now that the relief being granted, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
