The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent police.

2.According to the petitioner, she is having civil dispute with the private respondents herein. The petitioner alleges that the respondent police are interfering in the same. In this regard, the petitioner gave a complaint, for which CSR was also issued. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Crl.O.P(MD)No.17050 of 2021 complaint was enquired into and the same was closed. The respondent police have made it clear that they do not propose to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents.
