Respondents Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 5 to initiate appropriate disciplinary action against the respondent Nos.7, 8 and 10 to 12 for their act of abuse of official power, based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2012, 08.05.2012, 08.08.2012, 24.06.2013, 27.06.2014 and 13.08.2014, within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this length of time, since the petitioner wants disciplinary action to be taken for an incident that took place in the year 2012.
