ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor / respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.9907 of 2025 dated 23.04.2025.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 23.04.2025, the directions contained therein have been complied with and the name of the petitioner will be included in the next panel year for the post of Officer Superintendent.
