ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records of the impugned order of the 1st respondent in letter No.2034/B.S.D-C1/2013, dated 20.04.2015 and the impugned seniority list issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2/901/15, dated 15.06.2015 and the consequential impugned order of the 1st respondent in proceedings No.2034/B.S.D-C1/2017, dated 08.07.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, directing the respondents to redraw the seniority list as per the law.

W.P.(MD) No.20524 of 2019 2.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that based on the out come of the writ petitions pending before the Hon'be Division Bench of this Court, the petitioner's seniority will be considered.

3.In view of the above, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition based on the out come of the similar issues pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition. 3.Recording endorsement made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition based on the out come of the writ petitions pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
