ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the respondent police has not conducted an enquiry on the complaint lodged by him, has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action against the fourth respondent, based on his complaint dated 24.06.2025. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submits that the complaint of the petitioner has been forwarded to the Gandhi Market Police Station and was enquired along with the earlier complaint of the petitioner. He further submits that on the very same set of facts, the petitioner had already lodged a complaint on 25.02.2025 and the same was treated as a petition enquiry in CSR No.96/2025. Both the complaints were enquired and found that it is a business transaction. Therefore, the respondent police have closed the complaints of the petitioner. A copy of the closure report has also been submitted before this Court.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. 28.07.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes cp To 1.The Commissioner of Police, Trichy District, Trichy.
