When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the suit in O.S.No.25 of 2015 itself already decreed in favour of the respondents and hence, nothing survives in the revision petition.

However, Mr.PT.S.Narendravasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is not aware of the same, however, the submission made by the learned counsel for the first respondent may be recorded and the revision petition may be disposed of.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the first respondent, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
