ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 9 to take action and close down the 10th respondent's factory unit, operating and manufacturing under the name and style of "CT Hollow Bricks and Interlocks" in S.F.No.210/16A (Pt.) Mulagumoodu Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District to an extent of 60 cents, manufacturing Tiles and Interlocks, by virtue of the proceedings of the 7th respondent dated 26.03.2018 in the residential area

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the tenth respondent, on instructions, would submit that the disputed industrial unit is now been closed.
