This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned II Additional District and Sessions Court (PCR Cases), Tirunelveli to consider the bail application of the Petitioner on his surrender on the same day, if any petition filed by the Petitioner in Crime No.222 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent.

2. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner due to business motive there was a wordy quarrel between the Petitioner and the Respondent 3 to 5.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)would submit that the injured had been discharged from the hospital

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned II Additional District and Sessions Court (PCR Cases), Tirunelveli within 15 days from the date of receipt of 2/4
