O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to provide adequate police protection for fencing the patta land of the petitioners as per the order passed in E.P.No.1 of 2010 in O.S.No.561 of 1968 dated 19.03.2019 on the file of District Munsif Court, Kuzhithurai.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed E.P.No.1 of 2010 in O.S.No.561 of 1968 on the file of District Munsif Court, Kuzhithurai, to deliver the possession to the petitioners and the same was ordered. Due to which, the respondents 3 and 4 along with their henchmen interfered and threatened the petitioners with dire consequences and damaged https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13410 of 2019 the two sides of the fence of the patta land. Hence, the present petition has been filed to provide adequate police protection. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation has been completed and the same was closed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, on the strength of the civil Court order, the second respondent is directed to consider the complaint lodged by the petitioners and provide adequate police protection to the petitioners. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
