ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Second Respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report within a stipulated time fixed by this Court in Crime No.245 of 2019 dated 19.05.2019 pending on the file of the Second Respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2 sought six months time to file the final report in Crime No.245 of 2019.

4.The submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) is not acceptable. Since the Petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 80 years, the Respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.245 of 2019, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court for further order, if necessary or as and when circumstance arises.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
